Refund & Cancellation Policy

Orders with ABSU Mobilities (proprietor: Sumaiya Fatima), Hyderabad, Telangana, India may be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch by writing to support@abdulsfresh.in or replying on WhatsApp.

If an item arrives damaged or materially different from its listing, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Approved refunds for prepaid orders are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
