How does Cash on Delivery work?
Place your order with your address. We confirm it with you on WhatsApp, dispatch within 24–72 hours, and you pay the courier in cash when it arrives. COD carries a ₹50 fee, waived when you pay online.
When will my order arrive?
Orders dispatch within 24–72 hours of confirmation and typically deliver in 4–9 working days depending on your pincode.
How do I pay online?
Choose “Pay online now” at checkout. After you place the order, a secure Razorpay payment page opens where you can pay by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet. Your order is confirmed the moment the payment succeeds, and the ₹50 COD fee is waived.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Send photos within 48 hours of delivery to support@abdulsfresh.in and we arrange a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge any time before dispatch. Email support@abdulsfresh.in with your order id.
How do I track my order?
Reply to your WhatsApp order confirmation (or email us) with your order id and we send you the courier status, plus a dispatch update when it ships.
